June & July Summary

I have been busy in June and July, so this summary comes after the actual race.

  • Running: 36 times, 304 km
  • Swimming: 16 times, 30 km
  • Strength training: 21 times, 25 hours
  • Bike: 30 times, 1,000 km, 43.5 hours
  • Total: 90,000 calories spent

Unfortunately, the local pool has been closed due to repairs, which deterioriorated my swimming training efforts.
